Overall had really really nice stay during our visit. We liked the room with king bed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. There were climate control, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator provided. All the employees were extremely friendly and helpful.

Huge and big size room, fairly clean hotel in general.

Street view from the window was pleasant. The most important - favourable location close to the beach. Based near to restaurants and cafes as well as center of Kennebunkport.

For 3 star hotel it was reasonably priced, I had really great stay overall. All the staff was great and informative, solved my issues. As for me, rooms were fairly quiet with king bed, they offered wake-up service. Coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator were nice.

The location was not very good, it's a pitty.

The breakfast was great with yogurt and bagels, no complaints whatsoever.

It's our place to stay when in Kennebunkport! The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The double room is updated, we also appreciated particularly nice views. Its location is particularly good, minutes from Wildwood Baptist Chapel. Thank you for a very nice stay...

As we remember, there was no lift.

We stayed at a great resort close to beaches, scenic drives, and Kennebunkport. The location was quiet and away from busy areas. The pool, pool bar, and restaurant were excellent with reasonably priced food. The continental breakfast had a terrific variety. The grounds were immaculate and the resort was just 1.8 miles from downtown. The clean bathroom and updated comfortable beds made our stay great. Early check-in was available at no extra charge. A considerate staff member made our late breakfast enjoyable and started our day on a happy note.

We had a great time at this place, it was the perfect location for sightseeing and we had a lot of fun.

The hotel is perfectly fine, clean, and has nice views. The staff is courteous. The bed is exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom, climate control, multi-channel television, and refrigerator in the room are good. The location to Parson's Way is marvelous. The property offers plenty of food with a seasonal restaurant. It was a comfortable way to end my trip.
